What information can I include with my upgraded listing?You will be able to include the following: Company, Address, Phone, EPA License, Website, Company Description, Services Offered, Service Area, Other Certifications / Memberships, plus any new fields that we add in the future. Do I need a PayPal account to make this payment?No. You can still use PayPal with most credit cards or bank cards. Simply click "Continue" on the PayPal page to place your order. Do you see my credit card information?No. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal. No financial information is ever shared with us. How soon until my listing is updated?Typically within a few hours of upgrading your listing. This depends mostly on what day/time your order is placed Can anyone add a listing to this directory?No. Only EPA certified renovators can be listed in this directory. I found a company listed that is not certified.Please contact us with the name of the company so we can look into it. Are you affiliated with the EPA?NO.
